Objective

This certificate program is designed to provide non-business students with management skills leadership in industries including health care. This certificate is available to any non-business major student, and can count toward the degree requirements of the College of Nursing and Health Professions Health Care Leadership major.

Minor Requirements (Minimum 12 Cr.)

MGT 304 - Management & Organizational Behavior Credits: 3 ¹⁷
MGT 310 - Managing Human Resources Credits: 3
MGT 315 - Leadership and Interpersonal Skills Credits: 3
MGT 440 - Cross-Cultural Management, Perspectives Credits: 3

Note:

A C- or better is required for all courses in the Certificate in Management.

¹⁷MGT 304 is a prerequisite to all other courses in Management, so must be taken first.
