XS 340 - Motor Learning Credits: 3 This course will expose students to the theoretical perspectives and current principles associated with the control and learning of movement skills. Specifically, the neural and mechanical mechanisms underlying motor behavior and the variables influencing motor learning will be addressed. The course will have applications to kinesiology, exercise science, adapted physical education, and both elementary and secondary physical education.
Prerequisite(s): BIO 151 and BIO 152 .
