HIST 385 - Public History Credits: 3 This course serves as an introduction to public history methods. Students will gain knowledge of museum studies, archive and library sciences, oral history, historical commemoration, living history, and digital history. Students will work with history institutions in Northwest Indiana to create a public history project after spring break. May be used to fulfill the History of the Americas course component of the history major and history minor requirement.
General Education: May be used to fulfill the Humanities: History component of General Education Requirements.
