The Christian Education minor is for education majors who are interested in teaching in Christian schools, teaching religion, and exploring faith formation.

Minor Requirements (Minimum 15 Cr.)

REL 100 - Religion and Society Credits: 3
REL 201 - Survey of Biblical Literature Credits: 3 OR
REL 202 - Reading the Bible Across Culture & Time Credits: 3
ED 389 - Christian Education: Methods Credits: 3 *

Two elective courses in Ethics or Global Religion: 6 Cr.

REL 251 - Christian Theology and the Moral Life Credits: 3
REL 356 - Calling and Purpose in Religious Traditions Credits: 3
REL 357 - Bioethics Credits: 3
REL 358 - Ethics, Morality, and Justice: Religious and Philosophical Perspectives Credits: 3
Any REL course designated for Cultural Diversity
