LEAD 595 - Organizational Leadership Capstone

In this course, students will reflect and revise final projects from previous courses and submit a final portfolio to demonstrate competency in the major areas and theoretical domains of organizational leadership. Working closely with faculty, students will look for the connection between theory and application, while also focusing on their own distinct philosophy of leadership.
