LEAD 500 - Leadership Theory & Practice

In this course, students will be presented with historical and contemporary views of leadership theory, specifically how it has evolved over time due to changing societal norms, scientific advancements, and increased understanding of human development. Additionally, students will be encouraged to begin thinking about the importance of a values-based approach as a central component of leadership.
