GEO 301CD - Regional Geographies of the World Credits: 3 A geographic interpretation of the environmental, cultural, political, and economic patterns that define the world’s regions, including Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, North America, and Oceania. The course emphasizes in-depth analysis of a specific world region or a contemporary global issue with significant regional implications. Topics such as environmental change, human movement, information exchange, regional commerce, and development are examined through spatial perspectives to illuminate the forces shaping our interconnected world. May be repeated for credit when the regional offering is different.
General Education: May be used to fulfill the Cultural Diversity component of the General Education Requirements.
