MGT 304 - Management & Organizational Behavior Credits: 3 An overview of the traditional management functions: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Topics include competitive strategies, managing in a global environment, social responsibility, ethics, organizational design, qualitative decision making, and motivating employees. The course is designed to prepare students for more advanced courses in organizational management.
Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing.
