THEO 325 - Why Am I Here? the Called Life

An examination of Christian perspectives on vocation in its many meanings and embodiments. Using resources primarily from the Christian tradition, students will analyze issues such as the relationship between life-calling and career, discerning the relationship of divine and human purposes, and the role of the individual and community in shaping identity. Particular attention will be given to developing personal vocational questions and applying theological resources to the students’ own search for meaning and purpose.
