MGT 410 - Strategic Human Resource Management Credits: 3 The purpose of this course is to engage students with the theory and practice of strategic human resource management. It covers topics such as the role of human resources in achieving competitive advantage, contemporary topics in human resources, and managing strategic change. This course requires students to integrate human resource concepts and strategies to analyze cases, simulations, and/or real-world human capital issues.
Prerequisite(s): MGT 310 .
