MGT 312 - Performance Management & Compensation Credits: 3 This course focuses on the principles of designing and administering compensation and reward systems. It covers the development and administration of employee performance management systems at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Additionally, this course covers topics useful for achieving organizational effectiveness through reward systems that help promote employee engagement.
